Enjoyed our new-fashioned rooms, plus the staff was attentive. There were comfortable beds and enough facilities and a mini-bar inside the room. It had very central location close to Katschhof Square.

The location is good, relatively near a Palatine chapel. And the area is pretty quiet close enough to the cathedral, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores, the centre of Aachen and train station.

Functional room, savoury breakfast.

The hotel was in the centre of Aachen, and we were at a medium distance from an iconic neoclassical pavilion.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, within walking distance of thermal baths.

The morning meal was savoury and tasty with food and drinks. Great location near by Christmas Market, enjoyed it.

Beds were a bit hard.

We recently stayed in a modern and clean hotel at the heart of a bustling city. The hotel location was just perfect! It was located a stone's throw away from the old town centre and near the city centre, making it convenient to visit all the main attractions including the beautiful Christmas markets. The room was comfy and had a cozy bathroom with all necessary amenities. The breakfast was good with plenty of options and the staff were welcoming and offered great service. The hotel also had excellent facilities including a code for the room and a desk with chairs in the room.

It's worth noting that the parking options were not available on the hotel grounds, necessitating a longer walk or the use of a public parking.

The venue was set in the very central position adjacent to shops, bars, restaurants and the cathedral, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores.
